Centered mainly

It is an incident happens that one of my regular customers another waitress were encountered furious if special accommodations were made. The manager handles this situation by introducing new team building activities that involved in the customer's side. I thought this approach would be receiving the "treat everyone equally" approach to win.

I've learned that through team building I know what is a united front for the customers much better than any special requests that can not always maintain encountered. Centered mainly the team-building activities for inconsistencies. People like consistency. Surprises, especially when it comes to food, are not well received. One of the team building activities affected in a taste test. It was a cooking art. After we finished the test, did the cooking the same dish. It had sour undertones that did not fit the taste of food.

The second cooking work of art is not with the process of a beautiful test, and the chef repeated it. He sent the second and the same dish and it tasted just like the original. I know it was this second installment court not nearly as good as the first sweet dish but we flavored the second because we knew what to expect.
